Operates a website ondrejcharvat.cz. The company is in the position of administrator with respect to your personal data. It determines how personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long and selects any other processors who will assist it with the processing.

We process personal data that you entrust to us yourself, for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):

Organization of webinars, provision of services, performance of contracts
Your e-mail address is indispensable to ensure the organization of our webinars and providing access to our electronic products and services. If you order any of our electronic products and services, we need your e-mail address for the purpose of the contract, you can develop approaches to the members section.

Bookkeeping
If you order a product or service from our offer, we need your personal information (billing information) to meet the legal obligations for the issuance and registration of tax documents.

Direct marketing through e-mail
We use your personal data (e-mail and name), gender, what pages you visit on our website and what you click on in the e-mail, and when you most often open e-mails for the purpose of direct marketing - sending and displaying business messages. If you order one of our webinars, PDF files, MP3 or video trainings (paid or free), we perceive a legitimate interest in sending you newsletters on karate training and personal development related to sports training. We will do this for a maximum of 5 years from registration.

If you purchase any of our products or services as a valued customer, we will send you newsletters on karate training and personal development related to sports training based on the administrator's legitimate interest in sending for 5 years.

In both cases, you can unsubscribe from receiving newsletters at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" button in the footer of each of our e-mails.

Direct marketing through Facebook advertising
If you visit our website, we perceive a legitimate interest in cookies to monitor which pages on our website you visit and then use this information for remarketing and better targeting of advertising on Facebook, for a maximum of 1 year from the visit to the website. If you do not wish to see our ads on Facebook, you can cancel the display of our ads directly on Facebook, or turn off cookies in your browser, or change your ad serving preferences on your Ads Preferences Page. The information collected through cookies does not allow us to identify your name, contact information or other personally identifiable information unless you choose to provide it to us yourself.

Direct marketing through FB messenger
If you contact our FB page via Messenger, we will ask you for your consent to send messages on the topic of karate training. Only on the basis of the granted consent will we send you these messages for a maximum period of 5 years from the granting of the consent. You can unsubscribe from sending messages at any time, all you have to do is write the word "end" to any message and other messages will not be sent to you by Messenger.

Advanced marketing on the basis of consent
Only with your consent can we send you inspiring offers from third parties or use an e-mail address, for example, for remarketing and targeting advertising on Facebook. Consent can be revoked at any time via our contact details.

Your personal information we retain for a period of limitation periods, unless the law provides a longer period for their preservation or in specific cases, we did not otherwise.

My employees and co-workers, who are bound by confidentiality and trained in the security of personal data processing, have access to your personal data.

We handle most processing operations ourselves and do not need 3rd parties.

To ensure some specific processing operations, which we cannot provide on our own, we use the services and applications of processors who specialize in the given processing and are in accordance with the GDPR.

Thanks to the right of access, you can call us at any time and we will prove to you within 30 days what your personal data we process and why.

If something changes for you or you find your personal data out of date or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and change your personal data.

The right to limit processing can take advantage of if you believe we process your inaccurate information, do you think that processing is performed illegally, but do not want to delete all data or objects to the process. You can limit the scope of the personal data or processing purposes. (For example, by unsubscribing from a newsletter, you limit the purpose of processing to sending business messages.)

The right to portability
If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as when exercising the right of access - with the only difference that we will provide you with the information in machine-readable form. Here we need at least 30 days.

Right to delete (be forgotten)
Your next right is the right to delete (be forgotten). We do not want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right to do so. In this case, we will delete all your personal data from the system and the system of sub-processors and advances. We need 30 days to secure the right to delete.

In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, and for example, we must register the issued tax documents for the period specified by law. In this case, we will delete all such personal data that is not bound by another law. We will inform you by e-mail about the completion of the deletion.

Complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection
If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time with your complaint. We will be very glad if you first inform us of this suspicion so that we can do something about it and correct any mistakes. To err is human. We correct our possible mistakes with priority, we appreciate notifiers!

Unsubscribe from sending newsletters and commercial communications
We send you e-mails with inspiration, articles or products and services if you are our customer based on our legitimate interest. You can unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link in each email.

We assure you that our employees, collaborators and processors who will process your personal data, are obliged to maintain confidentiality of personal data and security measures whose publishing would endanger the security of your personal information. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent.
